Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were neat and felt luxurious but had some faults like missing amenities. The location was great for walking to places, but the dining options were limited and pricey.
The hotel had just 1 chair for 2 people, which was not ideal, but we enjoyed a great view for our anniversary. The service seemed a bit unorganized, especially at the reservation desk, but dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and valet parking were available. The location is right in the middle of the Gaslamp district, offering access to good restaurants and bars, but the noise at night could be bothersome. The caletbparking was extremely expensive, which was a downside, but the hotel is surrounded by lively shops and restaurants.
The hotel rooms were very nice and clean, with a huge TV and a lovely view of the rooftop bar next door. The service was exceptional, with rooms serviced daily to feel fresh. The location is ideal, surrounded by lots of dining options in the Gaslamp district. However, the dining experience could be improved with more affordable and varied options. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
The hotel rooms were big and fun, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The service was top-notch and extremely thoughtful. The location had access to good restaurants and bars but was a bit noisy at night and had expensive valet parking. The dining experience was fabulous. The facilities were excellent overall.
The hotel's rooms are beautiful and nice, making it hard to leave, but the bed was uncomfortable. The service was overall great, with efficient valet but hard-to-find entrance at first. Its location in the gaslamp district is fantastic, with impressive views yet some room cleaning issues. The dining experience was good but had some slow service. The hotel facilities were adequate for our needs.
The hotel rooms were incredibly chic and impeccably clean, offering a great view for an extra charge. The friendly and helpful service made our stay amazing, although being near the fitness room could lead to some disturbance. The perfect location, close to various attractions and with free bike rentals, made exploring easy, but dining options were limited and pricey. Despite this, the hotel offered exceptional value for money.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to all attractions, with fantastic views of Petco Park. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and as expected; however, upgrading the room cleaning and mattresses could enhance the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kristina Alvarez and Jorge Escolante. The location is excellent for easy access to various places. The dining was good overall, though some inconsistencies were noticed in the breakfast quality. A few enhancements in room cleanliness and facilities could elevate the stay.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean. The service was top-notch with friendly staff ready to assist at every turn. The location was perfect for exploring downtown San Diego, but note that it can get loud on weekends due to a nearby nightclub. The dining options were limited and a bit pricey, especially in-room service. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel rooms were very stylish and chic, with a large and comfortable classic decor but had some unexpected beer caps on the floor. The service was generally nice and helpful, although there was an incident of being overcharged for a drink. The location was perfect in the heart of the Gaslamp District, within walking distance to various attractions. The dining options were limited and slow, with some inconsistencies in the quality of food. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
